Over the 10 years, I have developed my skills and knowledge from teaching the school students to adult professionals. University research program in Malaysia & China have enriched me with the philosophical knowledge on how to differentiate the language learning for learners with vary proficiency levels, motivation, interest, learning goals, and age.
